All Families:

Schedules are in Family Access: Please login to Family Access to check your child's schedule. Use the same login information that you used for registration and/or checking your child's report card. If you see overlapping of course times or have questions about scheduling, please contact me ASAP. Catching problems now will save time later.

Login Information for Lincoln and Little Lincoln: Your username and password for Lincoln and Little Lincoln does not currently work because the order is processing in Pennsylvania. Please try to login to Lincoln and Little Lincoln after you receive your materials.

ANGEL Logins and Passwords: All students that used ANGEL last year will use the same username and password that they used last year. If you are unsure what that username and password were, please let me know. ANGEL logins and passwords for new middle and high school students were sent out last week to your school email address. If you have not yet used your new school email, now is a great time to do so. Courses will go "live" in ANGEL on
Friday, August 26
.

Curriculum Shipments: Many of you are wondering about when you will receive your materials. Here is the most up-to-date information for each of the curricula:

  • K12 curriculum has shipped and arrived in most homes - please review the shipping label to make sure that you received everything.
  • Calvert curriculum has also shipped and arrived in most homes late last week.
  • Little Lincoln and Lincoln Interactive were ordered today (August 16). The orders will be shipping via Federal Express ground and a signature IS required. If you are not home to receive the materials, Federal Express will leave a note letting you know that they will make 3 attempts before the shipment is sent back to Lincoln. Families should receive their curriculum by August 24th.
  • Shipments from our warehouse will be next. We are hoping to ship these materials out late this week or the beginning of next week.

Middle School Language Arts: All students, whether virtual or independent for language arts, will be required to attend the Literature Circles class on Friday mornings. Since there is no novel reading built into the middle school language arts online curriculum, the middle school language arts teachers are making this a mandatory part of the course. Please plan on attending the Literature Circles class on Friday mornings.

Middle School Electives: Please remember that middle school electives will not begin until October. Our goal is to have our middle school students be successful with their core courses before adding electives.

Student Fees: This is just a friendly reminder that student fees are due by October 1st. If you have not yet done so, please send payments to the school office: WVL, 401 Highland Drive, Fredonia, WI 53021. If you are in need of assistance, there is a fee waiver form that is posted on the WVL website and must be submitted for approval.

New Families:

Technology Shipments:
Our warehouse is set to ship out all technology this week. All technology should be shipped by Wednesday, August 17. You should receive the technology (computer, router, and printer) by early next week (the week of August 22 ).

School Email:
For those of you that attended the Back to School Fairs at the beginning of August, we realized that we gave you an incorrect password for the school email account. It needs to be 8 characters, rather than 6. So, your password should be: 12345678.Please try to log into that new school email account as soon as possible. In the near future, we will no longer be using your personal email accounts for school purposes.
